Cancellation & No-Show
Our salon understands that sometimes schedules change. Therefore, we request at least a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card payment is required when scheduling to hold your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a No-Show will incur a $50 fee. However, with COVID-19 guidelines, if you should become sick any time prior to your appointment, please call to cancel. We will waive the charge and gladly accommodate the rescheduling of your appointment. We truly appreciate your commitment to stay home when you are not feeling well.
Gift Certificates are redeemable toward services and retail and are non-refundable.
